Power Unit (PU)

Supplied with each control unit (CU)
• Connected to a 115 VAC power source, it provides low voltage power to the system, houses the solenoid relays, fuses and distribution circuitry.
• The Power Unit is capable of directly controlling up to four dispense points.
• Two Expansion Power Units (EPU) may be added to the
Power Unit for a total of 12 dispense points.

Expansion Power Unit (EPU)

P/N 100703
• When connected to the Power Unit (PU) it allows control of an additional four dispense points.
• Two Expansion Power Units may be connected to the same Power Unit (PU) for a maximum of 12 dispense points.
• Houses the additional solenoid relays, fuses and control circuitry required.

Control Unit (CU)

P/N 100701 w/o ticket printer and
(CU/TE) P/N 100702 w/ticket printer
A large keyboard and easy to read LCD display allows the user to access all of the MCO control functions.
• Initiate dispensing operation by keying a pre-assigned, four digit PIN code.
• Input a pre-assigned 4 digit numeric or “free input” 10 digit alphanumeric job function if desired.
• Select the product to be dispensed. Product name is displayed on the LCD panel to prevent errors.
• Preset, as well as manual dispensing is allowed. All quantities dispensed are recorded as to date, time, PIN number, quantity and type of fluid.
• An optional ticket printer (CU/TE), P/N 100702, provides local report capability after each operation or upon request.
• Up to 16 CUs may be networked for a total of 192 dispense point capability.

Pulser/Solenoid Module (GPV) and (GPVS)

P/N 100704 (2 stage)
P/N 100715 (single stage)
• (GPV) A single module that contains a metering pulser and dual solenoids for improved preset metering control. Two stage solenoids, P/N 100704, are recommended when using high flow rates or low viscosity fluids and high accuracy is desired.
• (GPVS) A single stage solenoid/pulser, P/N 100715, (GPVS) is available for most normal installations and provides an accurate and cost effective fluid control solution.
• An inlet filter screen is included to protect the solenoids as well as the pulser.
• Connection is via 1” NPTF inlet/outlet fittings.
• User addressable calibration.

LED Display (LD)

P/N 100706
• Provides excellent visibility from a distance via brightly lit 21û4” tall digits.
• Displays the on-going batch total during dispensing.
• Alternately displays selected dispenser number.

PC Communication Kit
(PC and RSC)

P/N 100705
• A software program that allows the collection of relevant data from dispensing operations of up to 99 operators.
• Includes an RSC adapter (RS235/RS485 converter), which allows remote data transmission via RS485 protocol.
• Very user friendly due to the use of the Windows Operating System.
• Allows any number of tanks and fluids to be set up. The system updates and displays each tank level, warns if low tank level conditions exists and stops pump operation when fluid outage occurs.
• Declining balance inventory capability.
• System logs and stores in memory all tank loading/unloading operations.
• Data output may be filtered and/or arranged to optimize the relevant data (according to time period, user, tank or product).
• Limits access to information by use of various levels of passwords.
• Microsoft Access® and Windows 2000®or higher required for operation.
