Air Filters, Regulators, Lubricators and Dryers
Aluminum die cast construction provides a rugged housing that is compact and modular in design. Space requirements are reduced by combining the regulator and filter into one unit and incorporating the pressure gauge into the body.
These air regulators have a maximum operating input pressure of 150 PSI and a regulating pressure range of 7 to 120 PSI. The filter element is rated at 5 micron and should be changed yearly or when a pressure drop of 15 PSI is reached.
“High Pressure” air filter/regulators and lubricators are necessary when air pressure supplying these devices exceeds 150 PSI, which is the maximum pressure rating for the normal “Low Pressure” filter/regulators. This is the case if you are using a two stage air compressor which typically has a pressure of 220 – 250 PSI.
