1000 Gallons per day Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Pretreatment
P/N 195402
The G3-1000 uses a new high demand reverse osmosis water purification system for applications where large quantities of filtered water is required in a short period of time. System includes booster pumps for optimum performance, in addition a microprocessor based monitor tracks the amount of water processed and dispensed, as well when filters and RO membranes need to be replaced as indicated by Tri-Color LED’s and an audible alarm.

65/45 Gallon accumulator tank. The fiberglass accumulator tank allows the use of lower capacity RO systems since it can store pretreated RO feed water and holding it for immediate demand. Typically, the Reverse Osmosis (RO) feed water is stored before being processed by the de-ionized (DI) cartridges. This provides larger quantities of water in a short period of time and also significantly prolongs the life of the DI cartridges. Tank is capable of storing 45 gallons of RO processed water.

De-ionized, (DI) Trio, Grade 3 ultra pure ion filter. The G3 triple DI cartridge system produces approximately 6,000 Gallons of ISO 3696: 1987(E) Grade 3 water when used with a G-3 Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. The G-3 DI Trio is manufactured using an FDA-compliant resin that has been subjected to additional post-production steps to minimize the total organic carbon (TOC) level. The cartridge based DI system is designed for use with disposable cartridges eliminating the need for expensive resin regeneration. The system includes a water condition light to indicate when the resin is close to depletion.
Note: All gallon production amounts are based on typical municipal feed water quality of 400 TDS.
Applications where rural or well water is used for feed water additional pretreatment may be required. Please contact Liquidynamics for full spectrum water testing and equipment recommendations.
